My background is in the financial services industry, where I spent nearly three decades. I was fortunate to associated with the world's best organizations in roles that involved Business, Operations, and Change. With my deep interest in learning about people and enabling them to succeed, I now work as a Coach, Trainer, and Consultant. I help organizations by coaching leaders mentoring emerging stars. My credentials are: Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, Certified in Marshall Goldsmith - Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and Certified Potential Assessor from Being at Full Potential.
